Welcome
The 18th Superconducting SFQ VLSI Workshop (SSV 2025) will be held on from October 29th to 30th, 2025. A part of the SSV 2025 will be jointly held with the 2nd International Workshop on Quantum, Cryogenic and Superconductive Computing (QUEST 2025). The conference venue is Yokohama City Port Opening Memorial Hall (Jack's Tower) and Yokohama National University, Yokohama, Japan.

Scope & Aims
The workshop aims at providing an opportunity to discuss key aspects of SFQ VLSI technologies. Latest results related to device fabrication, circuit design, function testing, and system integration will be exchanged.

Presentations
Contributed papers will be presented in either oral or poster sessions. All presentations must be in English.
Abstrat Submission
The author who is plan to submit a paper needs to register with the paper title by Monday, September 29th 5:00 p.m., 2025.
The authors are requested to submit the manuscripts for proceedings using the SSV 2025 Online Submission & Registration site. The deadline for the submission of camera-ready manuscripts is Monday, September 29th 5:00 p.m., 2025.

Those who will participate in the SSV workshop (including the SSV/QUEST joint session) need to register on-line in advance. The deadline for workshop on-line registration is Monday, September 29th 5:00 p.m., 2025.
